PIA Media wins MOIA
Success for PIA Media: The digital media agency wins MOIA as a new client and will advise the Volkswagen Group’s ridepooling provider along the entire marketing funnel in the future.
Since 01.01.2022, PIA Media has combined the competencies and strengths of the three PIA Group companies blueSummit, Performance Media and Qverse. The goal of the newly formed digital media agency is to create the perfect customer experience in the form of a consistent cross-media customer experience that is determined by data, technology and a digital ecosystem.
For MOIA, PIA Media will be responsible for media strategy, channel optimisation and ad tech topics. In addition, PIA Media will take over the programmatic advertising as well as the classic media buying, also operationally.
Hanno Stecken, CEO of PIA Media, is looking forward to the exciting collaboration: “Since we are now strategically supporting MOIA at all touchpoints of the customer journey, we can profitably contribute our digital expertise end-to-end. About MOIA
MOIA is a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. The company develops mobility services at its Berlin and Hamburg locations and works in partnership with cities and local public transport providers. MOIA is currently developing and implementing a ridepooling system to avoid individual car traffic and use road infrastructure more efficiently. Cities are relieved of congestion, noise and exhaust fumes. MOIA has been offering its ridepooling service in Hanover since summer 2018, followed by Hamburg, the first city with over a million inhabitants, on 15 April 2019. Together with Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and Argo AI, MOIA is currently developing and testing autonomous ridepooling in Hamburg in a pilot project.
